Is 3D embroidery suitable for every logo?
3D (puff) embroidery works best for bold shapes and lettering on the front panel. Fine details and small text are usually better in flat embroidery. We review your logo and suggest the best option.
Can caps match our uniform colours?
In many cases yes. Stock cap colours are limited to what is available, while made-to-order caps allow closer colour matching at higher quantities.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom caps?
Orders typically start from 25 pieces. The exact MOQ depends on the product and the branding method, and whether garments come from available stock or are made to order. Custom colours, custom labels and made-to-order production usually need higher quantities. We confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
How long does an order of custom caps take?
It depends on quantity, the garment, the branding method and where it is sourced. Branding available stock garments in the UAE is typically quicker than made-to-order production from India or China, which also includes shipping time. Share your required date with your enquiry and we will confirm a realistic timeline in the quotation before you commit.
What artwork format do you need for our logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. A high-resolution PNG works for many printing methods. If you only have a low-resolution logo, let us know: artwork can be prepared or digitised for embroidery, and you approve a mock-up before production starts.
Do you issue quotations and invoices to companies?
Yes. Quotations and invoices are issued by MISHAREN TRADING LLC. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Share your company name and address with your enquiry so the documents are prepared correctly.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates. Delivery arrangements and any delivery charges are confirmed with your quotation.
